Angela has more than 30 years experience as a writer and editor. She has extensive experience with major daily newspapers, community newspapers, local and national business magazines and national nonprofit organizations. Also for more than six years she served as CEO of the Coastal SC Chapter of the American Red Cross, with overall responsibility for a 3,000 square mile service area (Horry, Georgetown and Williamsburg counties).
Emma Claire is a junior at Boston University pursuing a B.A. in English. She remains active in literary clubs and has assisted faculty in a number of their research endeavors. Apart from being an avid reader and writer, Emma Claire also spends her free time with some of BU's theater groups. She is passionate about environmental and social issues, and strives to support her community through Helping Hands for the Homeless at BU.
McKenna is a passionate advocate for community well-being, driven by her academic journey in biobehavioral health. With a professional background in health and wellness management, her commitment to improving lives extends beyond just textbooks, as she actively seeks innovative solutions to enhance and improve the health and harmony of communities. In down time, McKenna enjoys activities such as kayaking and spending time with friends and family.
As a writer and communications specialist with more than 25 years of experience, Dawn spent most of her career as a journalist at three newspapers in the Carolinas, including 17 years as a reporter and editor at The Sun News in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. She has earned awards for business reporting, feature writing, spot news reporting, and column writing. For the past seven years, the Murrells Inlet resident has worked as a media and communications specialist for local organizations.
Scott is a director and editor and regularly demonstrates skillful execution of commercial, documentary and live television production. He is the owner of Mist Catcher Media, a turnkey video production company with a diverse client base located in Oakland, Florida. Linda has been with CelebratingPhilanthropy.com, Inc. for almost a decade and provides business and general office management expertise. She has also assisted with the domain name brokerage side of our company. A mother of two boys and grandmother of four, Linda loves bingo and reading thrillers.
For the last twenty-five years, Greg has been involved in the broadcast, print, and online industries. He has owned television stations, a newspaper, and multiple domain names. He currently serves as a Trustee of the Kathrine Robinson Everett Charitable Trust, which benefits the UNC-Chapel Hill and Duke University Schools of Law. He also serves on the Board of the Horry-Georgetown Technical College Foundation. Greg is married to Stephanie and has a daughter, Emma Claire, and a son, James.
